​How Do I Place An Order?

 

How to commission a design:

Please email jollywellmade@hotmail.com providing as much information as possible and include photographs that would be helpful to capture your design.

 

The type of information required is:

o Product Size (i.e. Keyring, Magnet, Medium Embroidery, Large Embroidery, Bunting).


o Occasion / Theme (i.e. Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement, Best Friends etc.)


o Total number of people including pets to be included.


o Full description of all those included (i.e. Height, Hair Colour, Hair Style, Glasses, Beard, a groom wearing a kilt or suit, a description of a brides dress).


o Description of everything to include in your theme/design (i.e. Wedding venue, Beach, Garden, Favourite Place /Landmark).


o Full details of all text and placement of text to be included in the design (i.e. The Smith Family to be added under the bunting at the top, at the bottom add a special

quote)

Your design will be sketched to a unique template for you to approve. This will be emailed back for you to check over the design for accuracy. Once approved by yourself to sew, I will be unable to amend or make changes to the final sewn embroidery.

The design cost includes your original sketch and two reviews – any additional reviews will incur additional charges.

 

All designs are finished to meet your specification and delivered gift wrapped.

 

Payment 

The total cost of your commission is required at time of booking.

Payment can be made to Jolly Well Made by bank transfer or by Paypal invoice.

 

Please specify within your email which option is suitable and I will arrange my bank details or Paypal invoice to be issued to your email address provided.

Postage

 

Please see postage rates within the description for each item in the price list.


If you require international or next day UK delivery please email jollywellmade@hotmail.com and I will provide a cost for that service.

Each commission will be delivered within 2-5 weeks from the date your payment is received in full. Once your commission is finalised and ready to be despatched I will email to arrange delivery of your item.
